Change of Mind Policy - Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you've changed your mind about an item you have ordered please contact us at SAP_DPP_AU@simsmm.com to discuss.

If you decide to return an item for any reason other than a product defect or an incorrect item being sent, you can do so within 30 days of the dispatch date for a refund less a 25% restocking fee.

The cost of returning the product to our facility is to be paid by the buyer.

If you opt for a refund, after we accept the product by checking the physical and technical status, we will issue the refund and the buyer will be notify via email. The refund process takes 7-10 working days and the restocking fee and standard payment gateway deductions will be deducted from the original sale price.
